Lime and tequila chicken with fresh herbs

2 Tablespoons cilantro fresh and minced
1 Tablespoon oregano fresh and minced
1 1/2teaspoon garlic minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 large zested and juiced lime
4 Tablespoons prepared honey mustard dressing with chipotle Kraft has a good one.
2 Tablespoon tequila
4 pound roasting chicken

On the bottom of the grill on the cooler side place a drip pan heat grill for indirect cooking.

combine cilantro, oregano, garlic, paprika, should be combined with 2 teaspoons lime zest in a bowl, using salt and pepper season with salt and pepper to taste.

2 Tablespoons lime nuice, honey mustard dressing, tequila and 1/2 herb mixture should be mixed together in another bowl.

The chicken skin should be loosened gently and the rest of the herb should be spread on it. Outside of the chicken brush on 1/2 dressing mixture.

The chicken should be placed over drip pan on drill  that you placed there in the first step.

Cover the grill and allow  it to cook 1 hour 15 minutes on the grill and . Don't take off grill until it is 175 degrees inside. While grilling, with remaining brush it occasionally the honey mustard mixture.
Allow it to sit 10 minutes before you start carving.
